I was raised in a small town called Lanark,WV , just outside of Beckley, where I still reside. I graduated high school and trade school and worked as an Auto Body and Paint technician for 27 years until retiring in Feb 2018 for medical reasons. I love to play guitar, mandolin, and banjo as well as sing in my church. I also play at local churches and special benefit shows around the area. What I love most is writing songs that relate to anyone and bring them closer to the Lord and maybe even get them to give there heart to him.
I’ve been married to my wife Kim for 16 years. I have a daughter and three step sons, One granddaughter and a couple more grandchildren on the way

I wrote my first song at the age of eight, since then I have wrote many songs, so many that I have lost track of. I have had songs recorded by groups such as Southern Praise, Crimson Rose, The Feltner Family, Hunter May, Middle Fork Bluegrass, Kingsmen, singing Cookes, Shepherd Quartet, Ray Wolford Lizzy G, and many other regional groups, and national groups. I have had song reach The Singing News, SGN Scoops, Christian Voice Magazine, Cash Box, US Gospel News & other charts.
I have my own family group called Anointed which record a lot of the songs that I write.
My goal as a songwriter is that one of the songs may reach a lost soul and lead them to the Lord.
I continue to write at least one song every day, sometimes more.
